Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, fish, and more. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy or anaphylaxis risk, please contact us before ordering at hello@prepz.co.uk.

Meals with 30g+ protein per serving, ideal for muscle building and satiety.
Under 20g net carbs per serving โ great for keto and low-carb lifestyles.
Contains no gluten-bearing ingredients. Prepared with care to minimise cross-contact.
No dairy ingredients used. Suitable for lactose intolerance and dairy-free diets.
No nuts or nut derivatives in the recipe.
Lower calorie meals under 450kcal, focused on clean, whole ingredients.
Larger portions (600kcal+) designed for high-activity days or bulking goals.
