By placing an order with PREPZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Orders must be placed before Sunday midnight for the following week's delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

Delivery

We deliver via DPD Next Day service. Delivery is included in the price of your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by DPD.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Allergens

All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
