By placing an order with PREPZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Orders must be placed before Sunday midnight for the following week's delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Birmingham only. Available delivery dates and any applicable delivery fee are shown at checkout. Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address provided.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Allergens

All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
